Thank you for choosing to have KZ Quilting complete your quilt top.  A contact from you will place you on my waiting list. However, I must receive the  deposit within seven business days to keep the slot, and the top/backing must arrive within one week of your scheduled time.

If you are shipping your top from out of the area, please print out the work order form below, complete and include it with your quilt top.  I will return a signed copy to you before I start any work on your top.

If you live in the vicinity of Grand Rapids, Michigan, you are welcome to bring your top to my home-based studio and we can discuss quilting options and thread color in person, and fill out the order form together. Please call or email to make an appointment.

I am happy to receive your top by either US Postal Service or UPS. I recommend placing all materials inside a plastic bag before packaging in case of water damage while enroute. Please insure your package. For added security, I recommend using my name instead of the word "quilt" in the address as shown below:
